What we are looking for:
Are you passionate about HR operations, employee engagement, and office management? Join us as an HR Generalist and play a key role in supporting and improving HR processes, employee relations, and office culture at AnyDesk’s Lisbon office. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic international team to enhance HR strategies, ensure compliance, and foster a positive workplace environment.
If you are a proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you! Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing HR administrative tasks, including contracts, benefits, payroll preparation for our external provider, policies, and local compliance.
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries in the Lisbon office, providing ad hoc support and strategic guidance.
- Managing office operations, ensuring a well-organized and welcoming workspace.
- Collaborating with other departments and teams and our Headquarter in Germany to ensure HR processes align with AnyDesk’s global strategy.
- Supporting the development of the Lisbon office from an HR perspective, including training initiatives and employee engagement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Easy to work with
- Sense of urgency
- At least 2 years of HR experience, particularly in basic labour law, office administration, and employee support.
- Strong ability to manage HR documentation, compliance, and a basic understanding in payroll processes.
- Hands-on mentality – willing to manage daily office needs while also handling strategic HR topics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese are mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience in event planning, organizing workshops, and corporate travel management.
- Passion for fostering company culture and improving employee experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR-related projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and resilience in challenging situations, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
