What we are looking for:
To support us on our mission, we’re looking for a structured and proactive Sales Desk Associate (m/f/d) to join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you'll support day-to-day operations, ensure process execution, and coordinate across teams. You’ll serve as the internal anchor that keeps our sales engine running efficiently - clearing roadblocks, accelerating deal cycles, and enabling our sales reps to focus on what they do best: closing deals.
- Qualify inbound leads and assign them to the right sales reps
- Assist in the creation of quotes and contracts, and ensure accurate CRM updates
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance to drive deals forward
- Monitor pipeline hygiene and support forecasting accuracy
- Maintain internal documentation and process playbooks
- Ensure compliance with approval workflows and pricing policies
Basic Qualifications:
- Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Easy to work with
- Sense of urgency
- Initial commercial experience
- Strong attention to detail with a reliable, structured approach to work
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Experience of using CRM systems such as HubSpot to manage sales pipelines and customer data
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian are mandatory; Spanish or other languages are a plus
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or fast-growing tech environment
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs
- Comfort working in cross-functional teams and supporting multiple stakeholders
