What we are looking for:
To support our mission, we are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Program Manager to join our marketing department. As a Marketing Program Manager at AnyDesk, you will play a central role in planning, executing, and optimizing global marketing initiatives. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing campaigns, product launches, and strategic programs. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Lead and manage cross-channel marketing programs from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with teams to create cohesive go-to-market plans.
- Own the project timeline, resource allocation, milestones, and performance tracking of marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign delivery across all customer touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain marketing calendars, status dashboards, and communication plans.
- Work with analytics teams to define KPIs, report on campaign performance, and optimize for future success.
- Support regional marketing teams with scalable campaign toolkits and assets.
- Manage external vendors, freelancers, and creative agencies as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

- Experience managing global marketing programs or regional rollouts across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
- Proven ability to lead complex marketing programs across multiple teams and time zones.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and ROI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German are mandatory; any other languages like Japanese, or Spanish are a plus.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Background in SaaS, B2B tech, or cybersecurity industries.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics, marketing attribution models, and ROI reporting.
- Experience coordinating product launches, including beta testing, messaging alignment, and launch events.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable marketing strategies.
- Comfort working in agile or matrixed environments, with the ability to pivot quickly and manage shifting priorities.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Jira, Notion) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Mattermost, Confluence).
- Experience working in a fast-growing global company is a plus.
