What we are looking for:
To help us on our mission, we are looking for an experienced and highly ambitious Technical Project Manager to oversee our company's technical projects. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from project planning and resource allocation to project execution and delivery. Leveraging your strong technical background, you will manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
In this role, you will maintain transparency for management, providing clear and detailed updates on project progress, milestones, and potential roadblocks. Your leadership skills will be critical in inspiring and guiding your team, fostering collaboration and innovation throughout all project phases.
- Deliver projects in line with the required quality within agreed time, scope, and budget
- Define project tasks and resource requirements, prepare project schedule and plan project deliverables
- Specify the product/functional requirements for our core product AnyDesk in the area of client development and/or for the extension of our backend
- Organize the day-to-day project work with the team of developers, and provide direction and support to the project team
- Involve relevant stakeholders such as QA, Customer Care and Marketing/Sales in the product development process to ensure expectations are met
- Perform project monitoring and control, take corrective measures when required within predefined thresholds, and escalate if the responsibility thresholds are exceeded
- Prioritize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Create technical documentation relating to each project
- As part of the PMO team, you act as the primary point of contact for company-wide projects.
- You collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to define project goals and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Education in business informatics/ computer science/ software engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in development as well as product management of software solutions
- Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Fluency in English and German

- Advanced knowledge of technical principles and mechanisms
- Ability to solve complex problems and operate proactively
- Flexibility and adaptability to succeed in a constantly fast changing environment
