What You'll Be Doing

 

You’ll be trained from day one to become an expert Recruitment Consultant and a trusted advisor to global clients. Expect to:

• Call and meet clients to understand their hiring needs

• Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers

• Find, attract, and connect the best talent with top opportunities

• Use strategic thinking to win new business and close deals

• Become an industry expert through market research and insights

• Grow a specialist recruitment desk and build your own client base
