About the Role:

CMC specializes in delivering tailored solutions that help clients in sustainable industries unlock the full potential of their organizations. As an Associate Consultant, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with prospective clients who need expert support to successfully deliver large-scale projects—particularly within the Renewable Energy sector. You’ll also collaborate closely with CMC’s internal experts who provide day-to-day support to our clients.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Proactively engage with existing and prospective CMC clients through outbound calls and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships
  • Negotiate terms and agreements on behalf of CMC to secure new business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand and define project requirements and objectives
  • Conduct thorough industry research to identify upcoming projects and assess pipeline opportunities
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on overcoming project challenges and achieving successful outcomes
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions and successful project execution
