What You’ll Do as a Sales Associate

  • Make outbound B2B sales calls to build new client relationships and grow existing accounts
  • Sell recruitment and consultancy solutions to businesses in the UK and European markets
  • Manage the full 360° sales cycle – from identifying opportunities to closing deals
  • Write and post engaging job adverts and manage candidate attraction
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Travel internationally to meet clients – recent trips include USA, Sweden, Denmark, and Portugal
