What you’ll be doing:

  • Making outbound calls to potential and existing clients to win recruitment projects

  • Sourcing and headhunting candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases

  • Writing compelling job adverts and managing applications

  • Running the full 360° recruitment process – from identifying vacancies to placing candidates

  • Creating engaging social media content to build your personal brand and attract talent

  • Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates

  • Attending client meetings both in the UK and internationally – trips include Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, USA
