We’re seeking a seasoned, high-impact Sales Engineer to support and grow accessFlow, accessiBe’s enterprise accessibility workflow and compliance solution. This is a mid–senior individual contributor role for a proven technical sales professional who thrives in complex sales cycles and takes clear ownership of revenue outcomes.

As the Sales Engineer for accessFlow, you will be directly responsible for driving and influencing ARR by partnering closely with Account Executives (AEs) and Account Managers (AMs) on qualified opportunities. You’ll lead the technical sales motion end-to-end—from discovery and demos to proofs of concept, security reviews, and technical validation—ensuring deals are positioned to close successfully.

This role is dedicated exclusively to accessFlow and plays a critical role in scaling its adoption across enterprise and mid-market customers.

 

What Will You Do:

Sales Engineering & ARR Ownership

  • Own the technical sales execution for accessFlow opportunities where you are formally assigned.
  • Partner with AEs and AMs to support revenue generation and drive ARR against defined targets.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer workflows, compliance requirements, and technical environments.
  • Lead technical discovery to qualify use cases, assess fit, and guide solution design.
  • Support proofs of concept (POCs), pilots, and evaluations to accelerate deal velocity and close confidence.
  • Participate in security reviews, architecture discussions, and technical due diligence with customer stakeholders.

Technical Expertise & Product Enablement

  • Develop deep expertise in accessFlow’s capabilities, integrations, and roadmap.
  • Translate accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508, EN 301 549) into practical, customer-ready technical solutions.
  • Provide clear, accurate technical guidance throughout the sales cycle to align expectations and outcomes.
  • Document technical contributions and opportunity engagement clearly in CRM systems.

Customer Trust & Advocacy

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospects evaluating enterprise accessibility solutions.
  • Confidently position accessFlow against competitive offerings in the accessibility market.
  • Build credibility with technical, security, compliance, and business stakeholders throughout the buying process.

Requirements: 

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar technical pre-sales role.
  • Proven track record of supporting and closing revenue in a quota-carrying or ARR-attributed environment.
  • Strong experience delivering technical demos, discovery sessions, and POCs in complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working closely with AEs and AMs in a SaaS or enterprise software organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with accessibility standards such as WCAG, Section 508, or EN 301 549.
  • Background in web technologies, compliance platforms, or workflow-based SaaS products.
  • Prior experience supporting security reviews and technical validation processes.
  • Familiarity with accessibility platforms such as accessiBe, Level Access, or AudioEye.
