Finance Intern

About the Role
You'll embed directly into our Finance team and contribute to the real work of running FP&A at a high-growth SaaS company. That means building models, digging into data, improving processes, and helping leadership make better decisions—not just shadowing or sitting in on meetings.
By the end of the summer, you'll have shipped real deliverables: automated workflows, improved reporting, and analyses that influence how the business is run.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models supporting forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Utilize AI to automate and enhance core FP&A functions such as financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis and surface actionable business insights
- Support ad hoc analyses and special projects for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and support strategic planning
- Take on ad hoc analyses and special projects for senior leadership
Who You Are
- Preferred: MBA or graduate student pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Also considered: Undergraduate students with strong academic background and relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior internship or coursework in financial analysis, consulting, or SaaS is a plus
Compensation & Details
- Hourly rate: $20–$32/hour, depending on experience and education level
- Duration: 12 weeks, full-time
- Hybrid work schedule with in-office time in our New York location (Monday - Thursday)
