About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, hardworking and experienced Go To Market (GTM) Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our Data group. This role will be working directly with Sales, Revops and Marketing stakeholders to understand their analytical needs, build the data infrastructure to support them, and surface insights that move the business forward. This is a highly visible and strategic role that offers the opportunity to shape the company’s GTM efforts through robust data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own GTM analytics end-to-end: pipeline reporting, funnel analysis, revenue attribution, campaign performance, and customer segmentation.
  • Build and maintain clean, accurate, and scalable dashboards and reports for GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, RevOps).
  • Transition Tableau dashboards from direct Salesforce connectors to the Data Warehouse as the single source of truth.
  • Work closely with our data engineer to integrate additional data sources into the data warehouse.
  • Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in GTM data; communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Help define and standardize key GTM metrics and KPIs company-wide.
  • See beyond numbers to provide insights and help to inform, influence, support, and execute our business decisions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and GTM analytics best practices to continuously enhance our analytical capabilities.

 

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience as a Sales/Marketing/GTM BI analyst or a related field in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong SQL skills - you can write complex queries from scratch and know your way around a data warehouse (BigQuery preferred).
  • BI tool proficiency in Tableau (or equivalent BI tool) and experience in Excel.
  • Hands-on Python experience for data manipulation, scripting, and automation.
  • Familiarity with CRM and GTM tooling: Salesforce (required)- you understand the data model and can navigate SFDC objects and fields ,HubSpot, GA4 Mixpanel, and/or Stripe experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in pipeline analytics, funnel reporting, revenue attribution, campaign performance evaluation, and customer segmentation.
  • A proactive approach, problem-solving attitude ,capable of identifying opportunities for improvement and driving initiatives forward.
  • A team-player mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments (business and technological) and build strong working relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Advantages:

  • Experience with dbt or another transformation framework.Experience in statistical modeling for LTV, churn and retention forecasting, and with cohort analysis.
