Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead accessiBe’s core engine - the technological backbone powering all of our products, while also owning and evolving our flagship product experience.

This is a unique, high-impact role at the center of the company: you’ll drive the performance and innovation of the engine itself, while ensuring our core product remains competitive, user-centric, and market-leading.

You’ll operate across infrastructure, user experience, data, and AI, balancing engine performance with classic product leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Own the core engine (primary focus): Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the infrastructure that powers all products.
• Define success through metrics: Establish and optimize key performance indicators for the engine (e.g., accuracy, performance, scalability, coverage).
• Drive innovation: Continuously explore new technologies, leveraging AI to improve engine capabilities and efficiency.
• Work closely with engineering: Partner deeply with frontend and backend teams to translate product goals into scalable, high-quality systems.

• Lead the core product: Own the end-to-end product experience built on top of the engine.
• Stay close to customers: Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product decisions and prioritization.
• Drive competitive edge: Conduct market and competitor analysis to ensure the product remains best-in-class.
• Own the product lifecycle: From ideation through delivery, iteration, and growth.

Requirements: 

• • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of delivering impactful products.
  • Experience owning a platform, engine, or infrastructure product strong advantage.
  • Technical background and ability to work closely with engineering (frontend experience is a plus).
  • Data-driven mindset: Comfortable defining metrics and making decisions based on data.
  • Ability to operate across layers from backend systems to user-facing product experiences.
  • Customer-centric thinking  and strong product intuition 
  • Experience with or strong interest in AI-driven products and innovation.
  • Advantage- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA).
