We are seeking a valuable addition to our high-performing HSE team. We pride ourselves on supporting each other and tackling global challenges together. The ideal candidate will resonate with our approach to HSE, which aims for resilient performance throughout design, construction, and operation. This involves creating systems that can succeed under varying conditions, guided by three core principles:

  • First, we define performance by the presence of safety rather than merely the absence of negatives. This proactive approach clarifies what drives success and failure in our operations, ensuring we focus on elements that enable humans to thrive.
  • Second, we improve performance by integrating HSE into our work processes. Instead of treating HSE as a separate issue, we balance HSE goals with other objectives at every level of work, helping our people manage these complexities effectively.
  • Third, we see our people as the solution, not the problem. By creating systems and processes that unleash and support their creative potential, we not only foster better workplaces but also achieve excellence in HSE performance.
  • Our focus spans four key areas: Respond, Monitor, Anticipate, and Learn, ensuring a comprehensive approach to HSE.

At Yondr, we want to enhance the diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging of our workforce to reflect the world we live in. Our roles are potential opportunities for everyone; all interested parties, regardless of nationality, race, ethnicity, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender, are welcome to apply. We ensure all candidates have equitable access and consideration throughout the hiring process.

Yondr is committed to fostering a welcoming, safe and inclusive work environment. We provide support through our benefits, which are inclusive of all backgrounds.
