About the Role 

The Corporate Secretary Specialist will play a key role in the corporate governance and general administration of Yondr Group entities. This role will support the Governance, Risk & Compliance Team, ensuring that the Group maintains high standards of corporate governance and compliance with all statutory requirements.

Main Responsibilities 

 / Prepare and maintain Board and Committee calendars, seeking and monitoring Director availability for meetings, as necessary,

/ Support with corporate secretarial and administrative tasks, including filing and archiving documents as well as accurately maintaining statutory registers.

/ Assist with completing and executing legal documents.

/ Liaise with notaries for legalisation of documents.

/ Ensure compliance with annual filing requirements.

/ Support corporate transactions, including drafting Board resolutions.

/ Support key governance projects crucial to Yondr’s growth plans.

 

Qualifications and experience 

 / This is an entry level position for a post-graduate degree holder, ideally in law.

/ Good written and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to

/ Strong IT skills and fully conversant with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

/ Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and balance competing and conflicting priorities.
