We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Operations Manager who takes ownership and ensures that our rental processes run smoothly. Are you resilient, solution-oriented, and not afraid to take on challenges? Then you are exactly who we need!

Your Responsibilities

  • Take charge of all tenant-related topics from bookings with landlords, making sure every step of the process runs effortlessly.
  • Lead tenant check-ins and check-outs in Berlin, ensuring arrivals and departures are smooth, seamless, and memorable.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and damage reports with precision, care, and a solution-driven mindset.
  • Drive continuous improvements in processes, always seeking ways to enhance efficiency and maximize tenant satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with cleaning, maintenance, and service teams to uphold exceptional living standards.
  • Oversee operations in Hamburg and Munich, working seamlessly with external partners to maintain top-tier service.
  • Manage and document tickets with ease, always striving for innovative and long-lasting solutions.

How you will add value 

  • You have initial experience in real estate management or a comparable operational role
  • You have a hands-on mentality, are pragmatic, detail-oriented, and action-driven
  • You demonstrate resilience and a thick skin, handling complaints and challenging situations with a problem-solving mindset
  • You possess strong communication skills and are fluent in German (C1) and English (C1), enabling you to professionally engage with tenants, landlords, and external service providers
  • You have a high level of responsibility and organizational skills, allowing you to efficiently manage your portfolio
  • You have an interest in improving operational processes and continuously optimizing workflows

Your personal data will be retained by Controller as long as Controller determines it is necessary to evaluate your application for employment. They will be deleted in the last 6 months after your application has been fully evaluated. You also have the right to data portability. In addition, you may lodge a complaint with an EU supervisory authority.
