Your role at Vertice
We are looking for a diligent and highly organized Contract & Order Operations Manager to take ownership of our deal processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This role will be responsible for critical administrative and operational tasks that support our sales, finance, and contract management processes. The ideal candidate will have ultra-high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to implement structured processes that improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Process new deals, renewals, extensions, and contract deactivations with accuracy and speed.
- Identify inefficiencies, improve processes, and help scale the team over time.
- Make sure MSA/Order Form terms are accurately reflected in relevant systems, track all amendments, ensuring all documentation is precise.
- Perform daily checks to validate key metrics and data points, reducing manual review time.
- Monitor and report on deal performance, including tracking performance milestones.
- Track and manage deals processed through third-party marketplaces and partner programs.
About you
- Highly diligent and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptionally organized, with experience in contract administration, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and contract management tools.
- A great communicator who can collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
- Process-driven, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all tasks.
- Leadership potential, with the ability to take ownership and grow into a team management role.
