Reporting to the VP of Engineering and working closely with the rest of the Development team, you will help us manage our projects and continuously improve our performance in that area. We have a manager-less organizational structure and autonomous teams. Our goal is to, together with you, optimize their performance, keep it sustainable, and transparent. For some teams, you will be their coach, while you may be the example to follow for others, when you roll up your sleeves and help them directly.
- You want to be surrounded by people who are as passionate as you are about Agile, projects, discipline, and continuous improvement.
- You enjoy learning new approaches in this area, finding how they can help us to be more efficient, and then training others.
- You have proven experience in the field of Agile methods, software development projects, reporting, tracking of goals, and training of staff.
- You love to have discussions with your colleagues (not only in English) and are fluent in Czech/Slovak.
- Coaching and mentoring team members on Agile principles, values, and practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement and better organization.
- Assisting teams with Agile practices, such as stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives, when needed.
- Monitoring and tracking team metrics and progress, providing feedback and insights to help teams optimize processes and deliver value on time.
