The Senior Manager, Enterprise Marketing, EMEA is responsible for developing and executing the Enterprise marketing strategy across the region, ensuring strong alignment with global and regional teams—including SDR, Sales, and Global Marketing. This leadership role owns the Enterprise segment’s go-to-market (GTM) framework for EMEA, provides oversight of budget management, and leads the strategic planning for key Enterprise events. The ideal candidate brings strategic vision, cross-functional collaboration, and deep experience in B2B marketing to deliver impactful marketing programs in Veeam’s fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Priorities
Building and Executing the EMEA Enterprise Marketing Strategy:
Develop and lead the implementation of the Enterprise segment marketing strategy for EMEA, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional growth targets.
Enterprise Events & Campaigns Strategy:
Shape the strategic approach and objectives for key Enterprise events and campaigns in EMEA, providing direction and leadership while collaborating closely with stakeholders on execution.
Global & Regional Alignment (including SDR, Sales, and Global Marketing):
Build strong partnerships with global and regional stakeholders to ensure Enterprise marketing activities are integrated, consistent, and drive pipeline growth.
EMEA Representative within Global Enterprise team:
Serve as the EMEA lead for the Enterprise segment within the Global GTM framework, adapting global campaigns for local relevance and driving best-in-class execution.
Budget Management:
Oversee Enterprise segment marketing budgets for EMEA, ensuring effective planning, allocation, and ROI tracking.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing Enterprise marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong background in budget planning, management, and ROI measurement.
- Experience with global and regional stakeholder alignment, including Sales, SDR, and Global Marketing functions.
- Proven ability to adapt global GTM frameworks for regional execution.
- Experience providing strategic leadership for large-scale events (event execution experience a plus, but not required).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
- Analytical approach with expertise in marketing performance analysis.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Collaborative, strategic, and results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within EMEA as required.
