About the opportunity 

At Teads, we believe data isn’t just numbers — it’s storytelling with purpose. We’re looking for a curious and strategic Insights Specialist to join our growing Insights team based in Gurgaon, India. If you’re passionate about media measurement, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love translating complex datasets into actionable insights, we’d love to meet you.

In this role, you’ll partner with sales teams, agencies, clients, and research partners across the region to uncover meaningful patterns and trends. You’ll lead the charge in turning performance metrics and market data into compelling narratives that support our commercial goals.

What will you do

  • Partner with sales teams to respond to client and internal insights requests. 
  • Develop and execute end-to-end research and measurement projects across India and other SEA markets 
  • Support the creation of audience targeting strategies and insights-driven targeting  recommendation with the Teads DMP suite.
  • Support requests for brief (RFP) where data related solutions (audience and contextual solutions) and/or insights solutions are required
  • Collaborate with top-tier research partners like Kantar, GWI and Lumen.
  • Collaborate with global insights leads to align methodology and advise on the best research methodologies to meet campaign and business objectives.
  • Turn audience and campaign performance data into insightful stories that support commercial goals.
  • Present insights to clients with clarity and confidence (virtually and in person).
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and tools in advertising and research.
  • Support marketing with case study development in various formats (slides, blogs, video, etc.)

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in media research, advertising measurement, insights, or data analytics, with a background in working at or alongside media agencies, digital publishers, or research firms.
  • Strong understanding of media measurement and digital campaign performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint etc) andusing BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker) for data visualisation and reporting is an advantage. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Willing to travel across SEA for client meetings and internal events.
  • A team player who’s resourceful, independent, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
