About the Opportunity
This role sits within the Campaign Management team in Dubai, reporting directly to the Senior Campaign Manager with daily guidance. Following our recent scaling phases, this team drives our advertiser-first strategy across UAE, Morocco, Saudi Arabia and South Africa by delivering high-impact digital video and display campaigns.
In this role, you will collaborate daily with local Sales, Ad Operations, and Publisher teams to review creative specifications, verify campaign tagging, track daily delivery pacing, and build actionable performance reporting for our brand partners.
This internship is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Execution & Quality Assurance
- Review incoming video and display creative assets against technical publisher specifications and format guidelines.
- Test and validate preview links and tracking tags prior to campaign launch, escalating technical tracking anomalies or rendering issues directly to Ad Operations.
- Execute campaign setup checklists in ad management platforms to ensure targeting parameters, budgets, and flight dates match approved media plans.
Delivery Pacing & Performance Tracking
- Monitor daily campaign delivery and impression pacing against scheduled targets and client KPIs.
- Identify early delivery bottlenecks or underpacing line items, compiling operational observations for senior review.
- Draft tactical recommendations for senior approval (such as creative rotations or line-item budget reallocations) to optimize live campaign pacing.
Cross-Functional & Pre-Sales Support
- Support local Sales teams with pre-sales operational requests, including pulling inventory availability reports and confirming creative asset lead times.
- Coordinate placement specifications and asset delivery timelines directly with publisher partners.
- Build comprehensive post-campaign performance reporting decks (weekly pacing updates, monthly recaps, and final campaign wrap-ups) summarizing key delivery metrics.
What You’ll Get
- Hands-On Operational Ownership: Direct exposure to end-to-end digital ad execution, working on real campaigns across premium regional and global digital environments.
- Ad-Tech & Industry Exposure: Practical experience with ad serving platforms, programmatic delivery mechanics, and digital campaign metrics.
- Structured Mentorship & Coaching: Direct daily guidance and operational coaching from experienced Campaign Managers and Ad Operations specialists.
- Collaborative Environment: A supportive team culture committed to shared learning, clear processes, and operational excellence.
- Work Modality & Meal Allowance: Hybrid work modality (3 days in office, 2 days working from home) and meal allowance as per office policy.
- Monthly Compensation: Total amount of 4,800 AED per month, comprising a 4,000 AED base salary, 500 AED transport allowance, and 300 AED telecoms allowance.
