Team Overview
The pod is a senior-heavy center of expertise handling high-scale production delivery across three strategic pillars: Identity, Measurement, and Targeting. As the Tech Lead for the Measurement scope, you will oversee the full-stack engine that proves outcomes (Attention, Sales Uplift, Brand Uplift), guiding technical strategy while remaining deeply involved in hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Vision & Architecture: Draft and design robust system architectures that ensure scalability, resiliency, and easy long-term evolution for our measurement infrastructure.
- Product Collaboration & Scoping: Actively challenge and structure product propositions. Work closely with Product Managers and Data Science to assess feasibility and accurately size the technical effort required for new initiatives.
- Hands-On Delivery & Ownership: Remain deeply hands-on. Take direct ownership of complex technical projects, write critical code, and drive the end-to-end delivery of the team.
- Exploratory Engineering: Navigate uncertainty by conducting exploratory technical work, building proofs-of-concept, and defining clear technical paths for innovative measurement features.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Act as a catalyst for engineering excellence by pushing for new technical solutions, adopting better tooling, and refining our team's ways of working.
- Measurement Domain Leadership: Build and scale the full-stack infrastructure for premium metrics. Guide the development of ETLs to transform raw signals into actionable reporting, and design internal/external APIs to facilitate third-party feedback loops with measurement providers.
- Performance Tooling: Oversee the creation of high-performance dashboards and tools in TAM to effectively showcase delivered outcomes to stakeholders.
What will you bring to the team?
- Good programming abilities. Testing your code is second nature to you. You are mindful of your application’s architecture, performance, maintainability, and overall quality.
- Familiarity with large, high-throughput, distributed systems, and connecting together and processing large amounts of data
- Analytical and experimental mindset in any feature or project you’ll ship to production. You like to prove an idea first before you invest large amounts of effort into development.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a diverse global team. You are an active listener and a dialogue facilitator, you know how to explain your decision and like sharing your knowledge.
- Multiple shipped projects in Software Engineering.
- Production knowledge and practices (Release, Observability, Troubleshooting…), thanks to multiple shipped projects / applications. Strong problem-solving skills.
We care about you:
- Career Development: Continuous investment in our employees’ skills: in-house and external training, internal mobility
- Life Balance: A well-balanced work-life for our employees is one of our top priorities: 22 days off per year, 15 days per year of work from anywhere, hybrid work (3 days per week in the office)
- Wellness: Prioritizing employee well-being through premium work equipment, enjoyable work environment (work-life balance, team building events, summits), work from home subsidy, promoting Diversity & Inclusion with internal & external initiatives, etc.
