Sitting at the intersection of commercial strategy and web ad technology, you will collaborate daily with Business Development, Demand Operations, Product, and R&D teams to unlock maximum value, seamless integration, and commercial impact for our publisher partners.
About the Role

- Scope of Ownership: Take full accountability for managing the partner lifecycle—from pre-sales technical consultation to onboarding, yield optimization, and contract retention.
- Impact Metric: Success means ensuring seamless web integrations, minimizing technical downtime, and consistently unlocking new revenue streams through proactive optimization and feature adoption.
What you’ll bring
Strategic Growth & Account Management:
- Architect and execute data-driven optimization strategies to maximize yield, engagement, and header bidding/programmatic performance for publisher properties.
- Identify expansion opportunities by driving account retention, upselling new ad formats, and introducing platform features to exceed portfolio revenue targets.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), translating complex web performance metrics, audience trends, and market dynamics into actionable executive presentations.
Technical Onboarding & Operations:
- Partner with the Business Development team during pitches, acting as the primary technical advisor and web implementation specialist.
- Oversee end-to-end technical setups, web ad tag implementations, and seamless partner onboarding.
- Track and diagnose daily impressions, fill rates, eCPMs, and pacing, proactively troubleshooting and resolving delivery or technical issues.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
- Cultivate high-trust relationships with key publishers and internal cross-functional partners to streamline workflows and drive platform adoption.
- Maintain strict data integrity and structured reporting using internal tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track optimization pipelines and account health.
What you’ll get
- Meaningful scope & real ownership — your scope is bigger than your title.
- Global exposure and genuinely complex challenges at real scale — 2.2Bn users / month, 18Bn ad opportunities / day.
- Smart, ambitious peers across 30+ markets.
- A genuinely human culture — high care alongside high accountability.
- Real investment in your growth — clear ownership, high visibility, access to technical certifications, and structured mentorship pathways.
What will you bring to the team?
