About the Opportunity

Teads has a clear mandate: establish ourselves as the leading omnichannel platform, with Connected TV (CTV) at the center. As audiences move fluidly across screens, advertisers need a simpler, more effective way to connect premium media, data, creative, and technology to drive measurable outcomes.

Sitting within the Client Solutions organization, this leadership role exists at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing. Reporting directly to the SVP of Client Solutions & Strategic Products, you will translate Teads’ product strategy into market differentiation, customer adoption, and revenue across global markets. Leading a team of 4–5 global product marketers, you will own our market positioning, drive commercialization for core product innovations, and arm our global sales teams to win.

About the Role

  • Core Mission: Architect and execute our global product marketing strategy to establish Teads as the premier omnichannel platform and transform CTV into a primary engine for platform growth.
  • Team Alignment: Partner closely with executive leaders across Product, Sales, and Marketing to align global product roadmaps with commercial Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Scope of Ownership: Direct line management of 4–5 product marketers, with full accountability for global enterprise positioning, commercialization strategies, competitive intelligence, and field enablement.
  • Impact Metric: Drive market adoption, commercial pipeline, and revenue growth across omnichannel and CTV solutions while establishing a unified, highly differentiated market narrative.

What You’ll Bring

Strategy & Narrative Building

  • Architect a powerful, differentiated global narrative that positions Teads as the leading omnichannel platform with CTV at its core.
  • Simplify complex product ecosystems into clear, outcome-focused value propositions that clearly articulate why advertisers and agencies should choose Teads over alternative platforms.
  • Build compelling positioning, proof points, use cases, and customer stories that shift market conversations from basic CTV inventory toward connected, measurable omnichannel strategies.

Commercialization & Growth

  • Own the global GTM and commercialization strategy for Teads’ key enterprise products, converting product innovation directly into adoption, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Position CTV as a strategic entry point into Teads’ broader omnichannel platform, partnering with Product and Sales leadership to package high-potential CTV propositions, data capabilities, and creative formats.
  • Enable commercial teams globally, ensuring sellers can confidently answer: Why Teads? Why CTV and omnichannel? Why now?

Field Alignment & Competitive Intelligence

  • Stay close to the field by regularly engaging with customers, agencies, and sales teams to capture real-time market feedback, identify why we win or lose, and continuously refine our propositions.
  • Develop a strong strategic point of view on industry shifts across CTV, programmatic, data, identity, AI, creative technology, and outcomes measurement.
  • Articulate Teads’ structural advantages beyond feature-by-feature comparisons, feeding customer and competitive intelligence back to Product to influence future roadmap investments.

What You’ll Get

At Teads, your scope is bigger than your title. Here is what you can count on in return:

  • Meaningful scope & real ownership — direct accountability over global strategy and team leadership with executive visibility.
  • Global exposure and genuinely complex challenges at real scale — 2.2Bn users / month and 18Bn ad opportunities / day.
  • Smart, ambitious peers across 30+ markets in a collaborative, cross-border environment.
  • A genuinely human culture — high care alongside high accountability.
  • Real investment in your growth — mentorship, executive coaching, and continuous development support.
