About the Data Solutions Team
The Data Solution pod is the technical unit within Innovation responsible for leveraging Teads'publisher integrations and network scale to provide targeting solutions and measurable business outcomes. We build the infrastructure that unifies fragmented signals from the "Open Internet" into actionable data about the customer journey for our SSPs and internal Buying Engines.
The team is a senior-heavy center of expertise handling high-scale production delivery across three strategic pillars:
- Identity: The foundation linking user journeys across Mobile, Desktop, and CTV.
- Measurement: The full-stack engine proving outcomes (Attention, Sales Uplift, Brand uplift).
- Targeting: The segmentation and planning system for audience activation in a cross screen environment and cross buying engines.
What will you do?
As an Analytics Engineer, you will be the bridge between raw data and product strategy. You will work side-by-side with our Data Scientists to extract value from our diverse datasets.
- Product: Build the architecture of our Identity Graph
- Data Modeling: Master the SQL layer using dbt within a BigQuery environment.
- Scientific Collaboration: Partner with Data Scientists using Databricks or Dataiku to refine our models.
- Statistical Accuracy: Ensure the reliability of our omnichannel measurement and targeting metrics.
What will you bring to the team?
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Data Analyst, Statistician or Data Scientist We highly value career-switchers with a looking for a tech-heavy challenge.
- Excellent command of SQL (dbt) and BigQuery
- Highly comfortable with complex numbers and statistical analysis.
- Experience with Databricks or Dataiku is a plus
- Strong product sense, ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, and a collaborative spirit.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. You are an active listener and a dialogue facilitator, you know how to explain your decision and like sharing your knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical capabilities in order to critically analyze existing or proposed solutions.
