Key Account Manager – Sweden, Teads
We are looking for a dedicated and goal-oriented Key Account Manager to join our Swedish team. In this role, you will play a central role in driving demand and revenue growth by working closely with both media agencies and direct customers. You are used to working in a media environment and have a good understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and consumer buying behaviour.
You thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, are strategically minded and results-oriented – and you are passionate about creating real value for customers, both in the short and long term.
Your main responsibilities:
- Match Teads solutions with client briefs and ensure campaigns meet their objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and drive the strategic development behind them
- Create, maintain and develop a sales pipeline
- Share market insights with central teams to further develop our offering
- Participate in meetings and presentations with agencies and clients to discuss opportunities
- Advise clients on best practices for Teads campaigns
- Ensure sales targets are met
- Create growth in existing accounts in close collaboration with the Client Service team
- Present how the Teads global platform can complement clients' own solutions
- Achieve KPIs in meetings, proposals and workshops
Your profile:
- Experience in media sales - preferably with knowledge of programmatic advertising
- Well-established network within the Swedish agency world
- Documented experience of prospecting and selling digital advertising solutions
- Very good understanding of digital advertising, including online video, display and CTV
- Successful track record of winning larger accounts
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strategic and solution-oriented with strong self-motivation
- Fluent in Swedish and English
