About the opportunity 
Teads is looking for a strategic Salesforce Project Manager with extensive project management experience to lead complex projects within our Salesforce ecosystem. You will manage initiatives from start to finish, ensuring Salesforce stays a scalable, high-performing platform that supports our global Commerce (Sales) operations.
You’ll work closely with implementation partners, development teams, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver impact.

What will you do?

  • Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects: scope, design, build, test, and deploy.
  • Lead the consolidation of multiple Salesforce orgs (data migration, process alignment, user integration) following the Teads–Outbrain merger.
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product Managers, and executives to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Build and prioritize the Salesforce roadmap and backlog, aligning with strategic business goals.
  • Champion governance, data quality, and best practices across global teams.
  • Drive user adoption through UAT, training, and change management.

 

What will you bring to the team?

  • Extensive project management experience in high-tech/B2B environments, including 3+ years focused on Salesforce.
  • Proven success leading Salesforce org merges or major post-acquisition integrations (this will be a key advantage).
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and core platform capabilities.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with global teams, Product Managers, and executives; Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Background in ad-tech, SaaS, or media is a strong plus.
