About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and sports-driven Graphic & Motion Designer to join our Marketing team. This professional will be responsible for creating engaging static and motion assets across multiple channels, helping Superbet stay relevant, fast, and connected to sports fans through impactful visual storytelling.
This role requires someone who can combine strong design fundamentals with motion expertise, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and react quickly to major sporting moments, trends, and cultural conversations.
What You'll Do

Create high-quality static and motion graphic assets for digital campaigns, social media, CRM communications, and paid media channels.

Develop real-time content based on key sporting events, matches, breaking news, trends, and internet culture relevant to our audience.

Adapt and expand Superbet's visual identity across different formats, platforms, and campaign needs while ensuring brand consistency.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Social Media, CRM, and Creative teams to deliver engaging and performance-driven creative solutions.

Support live-event coverage with fast-turnaround creative production when required.
What We're Looking For
Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in:

Motion & Video: Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.

Static Design & Layout: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma (essential for collaboration and efficient workflows).

Ability to seamlessly create both high-quality static designs and fluid motion graphics.

Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney and Adobe Firefly is a plus.
Experience & Knowledge

Deep passion and knowledge of football and other sports, including teams, competitions, rules, storylines, and sports culture.

Strong understanding of social media dynamics and real-time content creation.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver creative assets quickly during live sporting events.

Flexibility to occasionally support evening or weekend coverage aligned with major sporting events and competitions.
Nice to Have

Previous experience within the sports betting industry or sports marketing agencies.

A portfolio showcasing both premium static design work and dynamic motion graphics.

Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven marketing environments.
