Currently, Softermii is looking for a Senior Front End Engineer (React.js) because of scaling the project.
📲💻Project:
The company specializes in risk management in large-scale construction projects through contract auditing, from preliminary analysis to project closure. Its core values are confidentiality, high specialization, minimal impact on client operations, and maximum budget preservation.
📋Your responsibilities on the project will be:
- Build from the ground up: Architect, develop, and deploy responsive and feature-rich web applications using React.js, Next.js, or other modern frameworks.
- Collaborate deeply with UI/UX designers, back-end engineers, and product teams to translate designs and user stories into functional web interfaces.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable delivery of code into production.
- Deploy and manage front-end applications on AWS, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Develop and maintain SDKs and reusable UI components to accelerate product development.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across browsers and devices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose ways to improve architecture andworkflows.
👯You can be part of the following team: 1 CTO, 1 Product Owner( COO), 1 DevOps, a few QA, AI team (Lead + 2-3 Engineers), 1 Project Manager/Engineering Manager.
🕹Tools we use: Jira, Confluence, Git, Figma
🗞Our requirements to you it is understanding and experience with the next points:
- At least 3-5 years of front-end development experience in product-driven environments primarily using React.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Expertise in React.js (Next.js is a plus) and experience with Redux, Flux, or similar state management libraries.
- Familiarity with other frameworks like Angular, Vue.js, or Node.js is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating APIs with front-end applications.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, CloudFront, Lambda, Amplify) for deploying and managing applications.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
- Upper-intermediate English level or higher, both spoken and written, for effective communication in an international team.
Will be a plus:
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
- Experience with SCSS/SASS, styled-components, and design tools like Figma.
- Familiarity with micro-frontends architecture.
- Exposure to AI/ML product ecosystems or interest in learning them.
