💥About the Product:

Milliorize provides end-to-end platforms and services for the iGaming industry. Our focus is delivering Social Casinos with superior player experiences using gamification, customisation, and cutting-edge tech. Our solutions cater to the specific needs of any iGaming operator, creating an engaging environment for players. We are passionate about the future of iGaming and take pride in providing a competitive edge to our players.

First and foremost, we are looking for  Project Manager who feels comfortable in dynamic environment and ready to easily switch the context without losing focus on deadlines;

👨🏻‍💻Responsibilities

  • Launch of a new sub-project - kick-off with client and team, communication plan, etc.;
  • Transfer the information about the project (received from the sales office) to Heads of Offices;
  • Facilitation of determination of team members for projects with Heads of Offices;
  • Creation of job description for a new position;
  • Decision-making on hiring;
  • Achieving project KPIs;
  • Training necessary technical and soft skills for the project team;
  • Problem-solving on the project (team, customer);
  • Customer upsale;
  • Building relationships with clients;
  • Drive generation of never ending backlog of ideas for the next releases features

✨Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies;
  • Ability to use project management tools and wiki systems to organize and document information;
  • Strong communication skills to interact with various project stakeholders;
  • Data visualization skills to build mockups, wireframes, use case diagrams, prototypes, etc.;
  • Experience and understanding of pre-sale process;
  • Project scope decomposition preparation;
  • Project scope estimation;

⚡️Nice to have:

  • Experience with Fixed prices and in building roadmaps, charts, and reports for project visualization and management
