Product Manager

Soft2Bet is a dynamic and fast-growing tech company, developing and operating cutting-edge gaming platforms and solutions. With a global presence and a strong commitment to innovation, we are expanding our operations in Canada and building a new team in Toronto.
What You'll Do:
- Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for our Canadian brands
- Continuously improve UI and UX of client-facing features, using data-driven approach to decision making
- Market research, competitor analysis and results presentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Design, Engineering) to deliver high-quality features, platform improvements and system integrations
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure our products are fully compliant with all local gaming laws and regulations
- Collect, prioritize and triage requests from Operations and Marketing teams
- Analyze product performance and user behavior, using a variety of analytical tools, to inform feature improvements
- Prioritize backlogs and manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Act as the main point of contact for all product-related topics within your domain
- Lead a small team of Product Owners, who will be translating your product ideas into detailed technical requirements
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in product management, with hands-on experience in feature-rich mobile-first applications
- Experience delivering digital products from ideation to launch
- Gaming industry experience is a definite asset
- Analytical data-driven mindset, with experience using tools like GA, GTM, Power BI
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in iGaming
- Experience in launching products in North American markets
- Experience with regulated markets
