Account Manager

As a B2B Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, ensuring their operational success, satisfaction, and business growth. You will act as the primary point of contact, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the iGaming industry. 

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, understanding their business goals, operational needs, and challenges
  • Ensure that all partner requests and requirements are met efficiently, maintaining high service standards
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to align on performance, challenges, and future opportunities
  • Attend industry-specific events, conferences, and meetings to represent the company and expand the network
  • Support the delivery stage of new brands, ensuring smooth onboarding, setup, and go-live processes
  • Engage as a point of contact with partners during the project lifecycle, ensuring all milestones are met
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Tech, Operations, and Marketing, to ensure operational efficiency
  • Maintain a clear and structured overview of partner projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholders internally and externally
  • Maintain a structured and centralised system for all account-related information, documentation, and updates
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication of internal and external updates to all stakeholders
  • Provide ongoing product-specific training to partners to enhance their understanding and utilization of the platform
  • Act as a bridge between different internal departments and external partners, ensuring smooth information flow
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by partners, ensuring a professional and timely resolution
  • Work closely with technical and operational teams to escalate and resolve technical issues affecting partners
  • Ensure that all critical requests and high-severity escalations are handled effectively, minimizing disruption to partner operations

Requirements

  • Deep, practical knowledge of Casino and Sportsbook products, including an understanding of how B2B platform providers interface with B2C operators
  • Proven experience managing high-value corporate accounts, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure partner satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth
  • Experience managing the brand lifecycle, specifically supporting the delivery stage of new brands from setup and configuration to a successful "go-live"
  • The ability to act as a bridge between internal departments (Product, Tech, Legal, and Marketing) and external partners to ensure smooth information flow and operational efficiency
  • Strong analytical skills to conduct regular performance reviews, identify growth opportunities, and provide data-driven insights to help partners align with their business goals
  • Proficiency in navigating the project lifecycle, including the ability to identify, address, and escalate technical issues to the dev/ops teams while minimizing disruption to the partner
  • Excellent English communication skills with the confidence to represent the company at international conferences and provide product-specific training to enhance partner utilization of the platform
