Business Development Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify high-value opportunities, build lasting relationships, and expand our international footprint. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted strategies that generate enterprise-level deals, while playing a pivotal part in shaping the future of our innovative casino and sportsbook brands. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads for enterprise-level deals
  • Identify high-value ICP prospects in key industries and regions aligned with company strategy
  • Build and maintain databases of ideal customer profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and key stakeholders
  • Work closely with marketing to align on ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, buyer behavior, and sales best practices
  • Collaborate with sales executives and solution consultants to support early-stage qualification
  • Ensure smooth lead handoff with well-documented prospect information, pain points, and engagement history
  • Ensure accurate data entry and pipeline visibility in CRM
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach/Salesloft to optimize outreach
  • Regularly audit lead flows and conversion metrics to improve funnel performance
  • Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign ROI
  • Help shape messaging around business outcomes and ROI for high-value opportunities 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or iGaming industries
  • Successful track record in new business development and client acquisition across international markets
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure, including negotiation and contract management
  • Experience managing multichannel customer acquisition strategies, including outbound and inbound approaches, industry events, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales automation tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
  • Ability to set, track, and meet clear KPIs related to revenue, deal volume, and pipeline metrics
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales funnel data, evaluate channel performance, and quickly adjust strategy for improved results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling business proposals and presentations
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and result-driven personality with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • Experience working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly and thrive under pressure
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
