Job Application for Internal Auditor at Soft2Bet

As an Internal Auditor at Soft2Bet, you will support the Internal Audit Director in enhancing and maintaining the effectiveness of the Internal Audit Function. Your role will be pivotal in evaluating the Group’s internal control systems and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This is a group-level position offering broad exposure across operational and regulatory areas within our dynamic, fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties

Conduct regulatory gap analyses against licensing standards, focusing on AML, KYC, GDPR, and Responsible Gaming.
Execute risk-based audits in line with Global Internal Audit Standards.
Lead process walk-throughs, develop process maps, and identify key risks and controls.
Perform follow-up audits and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
Prepare and present clear, actionable audit reports for senior leadership.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to the IAD and senior stakeholders.

Secondary Duties

Support the development of annual audit plans and enterprise-wide risk assessments.
Assist in documenting internal audit procedures aligned with global best practices.
Collaborate with second-line functions (e.g., Compliance) and external auditors.
Execute ad hoc assignments while preserving independence and objectivity.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 4 years of internal audit or equivalent experience in Gaming, Banking, or another regulated industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certifications preferred (CIA, CPA, CISA, ACCA, or equivalent).

Knowledge & Skills

Solid understanding of Global Internal Audit Standards.
Familiarity with Gaming industry operations and relevant regulatory frameworks is a strong advantage.
Experience with Data Analytics and knowledge of IT risk controls is a plus.
Analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
Proactive, approachable, and capable of managing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
