Join Our Team
The Transformation & Change Director at SiriusPoint will lead the development of an enduring Transformation and Change Function to ensure continued delivery of our strategic priorities. This role will play a pivotal strategic part in driving the evolution of a best-in-class transformation capability, leading a team that includes four key capabilities:
- Enterprise PMO: Establishes and maintains robust project management standards, governance, and reporting (to Group and Legal entity boards) across all change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective resource allocation.
- Portfolio Delivery: Leads a team of experienced programme and project managers, delivering change across product and capability aligned pillars and flexing capacity to meet evolving portfolio needs.
- Business Readiness & Change: Oversees business readiness and change management, ensuring successful adoption and benefit realisation of transformation initiatives through compelling communication and tight monitoring
- Process Optimisation Centre of Excellence (COE): Champions continuous process improvement, helping functions across the business make tactical enhancements to their current processes via a permanent team of process optimisation specialists and through close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
Reporting to the Transformation Steering Committee, ELT and Board, the Transformation & Change Director will lead a permanent high-performing team, building enduring capabilities that support SiriusPoint’s long-term strategic ambition.
Responsibilities
The candidate will focus on the following:
- Owning the transformation portfolio, centred on prioritising and sequencing change workstreams, ensuring alignment with organisational capacity for change and managing interdependencies across projects.
- Constructing and driving the strategic transformation roadmap, translating our strategy into an annual plan of outcomes that guide and coordinate change delivery across the organisation.
- Developing and maintaining a compelling strategic narrative for change, engaging and aligning senior leadership groups (e.g., Board, ELT, SLT) to actively support and champion transformation efforts.
- Providing strategic oversight across the Transformation & Change Function, overseeing the development and integration of four key capabilities: Enterprise PMO, Portfolio Delivery, Business Readiness & Change, and Process Optimisation (COE).
- Leading a high-performance team of dedicated Transformation & Change professionals and ensuring an effective Transformation & Change culture is fostered and embedded across the organisation.
- Overseeing the creation of accurate and robust business cases for potential Transformation & Change initiatives. Ensuring benefit realisation is closely tracked and delivery against planned OKRs is achieved.
