
Senior Executive, Marketing

YOUR ROLE:
As the Senior Executive at *SCAPE Singapore, you will play a key role in supporting and executing the organisation's marketing strategies to engage youth, foster creativity, and promote active participation in programmes and events. You will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline platforms, and ensuring the alignment of all communications with the brand identity. This role requires a driven, creative, detail-oriented, and dynamic individual who understands the youth culture and trends.
YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:
Marketing Campaigns and Execution:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote *SCAPE’s programmes, initiatives, and events across digital and traditional channels;
- Collaborate with the Asst. Marketing Manager to align campaigns with the organisation’s overall goals and vision;
- Identify youth trends and opportunities to create innovative marketing strategies; and
- Work with partners and/or team members to achieve paid, shared and owned media amplification for *SCAPE programmes and initiatives.
Content Creation and Social Media Management:
- Manage and optimise *SCAPE’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to drive engagement and growth.
- Oversee the production of high-quality content for social media, websites, newsletters, and other communication channels.
- Develop and implement content calendars, social media campaigns, and paid advertising strategies.
- Oversee the organisation's website content updates and ensure a user-friendly experience.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Keep up-to-date with youth trends to ensure content resonates with *SCAPE’s target audience.

Digital Marketing and Analytics:
- Manage and optimise *SCAPE’s digital platforms, including website, social media, and email marketing tools;
- Implement SEO/SEM strategies and paid advertising campaigns to increase audience engagement and reach;
- Provide key learnings and insights following the tracking, analysing, and reporting of marketing campaign performances using analytics tools and dashboards.
Event Marketing and Branding:
- Support marketing initiatives for *SCAPE’s signature events and programmes, ensuring strong youth engagement and participation; and
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign performance analysis.
Stakeholder and Community Management:
- Collaborate with creative, media, digital and PR agency partners or team members to drive the marketing plan rollout through paid and owned media amplification for *SCAPE and related programmes and initiatives on all external facing communications, including budget and timeline management, tracking and analysing effectiveness of marketing plan against the strategy and objectives;
- Fostering and managing external stakeholder relations and leverage opportunities to strike partnerships to fulfil marketing objectives, where needed; and
- Support youth-centric campaigns and initiatives that foster creativity, entrepreneurship, and leadership development.
Branding:
- Ensure and maintain brand consistency across all marketing collaterals and platforms;
- Work closely across internal divisions and line units to amplify key messages and campaigns;
- Oversee production and installation of onsite or out-of-home marketing, collaterals and gifts.
Communications and PR
- Develop written materials, including and not limited to: editorial content, media advisories, press releases, media Q&A and holding statements;
- Provide timely responses for day-to-day media relations/media requests and during crisis situations for the Somerset precinct and *SCAPE, along with public enquiries and feedback, on both traditional and digital feedback channels.
- Build mutually beneficial relationships between *SCAPE and key media contacts, youth-sector organisations, etc.
Budget and Resource Management
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources;
- Source and coordinate with vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed; and
- Manage and develop brand assets and maintain brand repository on SharePoint.
WHO YOU ARE:
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in either marketing, creative/design services, content production, media planning, corporate communications, public relations (in-house or agency) or journalism.
- Familiar with market research, data analytics, design thinking and testing, and adapt in leveraging these insights and emerging technologies to develop customised and targeted communications and marketing deliverables with strong brand resonance.
- Has a strong understanding of emergent media platforms, media and digital media trends.
- Prior experience in content and/or community management preferred.
- Prior experience managing multiple projects at a time preferred.
- Able to remain calm, stay optimistic and communicate clearly, concisely and in a timely manner in times of crisis.
- Candidates who are able to start immediately are preferred.
