YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:
- Branding: Assist in the development and implementation of branding strategies and communications to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Help oversee the creation and maintenance of *SCAPE’s Brand Guide and Playbook to ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Retail Marketing: Support retail marketing initiatives to engage customers and retail tenants, enhancing the overall *SCAPE experience. Collaborate with retail tenants and partners to ensure a cohesive brand experience and support shared goals.
- On-site Experience & Customer Interaction: Collaborate in designing and implementing strategies that reflect *SCAPE's brand ethos, improving customer satisfaction and engagement on-site.
- Wayfinding & Placemaking: Supervise wayfinding and placemaking projects to enhance the visitor experience in alignment with *SCAPE's branding.
- Media & Technology: Oversee communication platforms i.e. centre media and membership to enhance customer interactions and brand engagement.
- Market Research: Conduct regular market research to inform marketing strategies and contribute to ongoing branding improvements.
- Experiential Marketing: Assist in developing experiential marketing activities to create memorable brand experiences for visitors.
- Membership Programme: Support the *SCAPE’s membership programme and engagement efforts
WHO YOU ARE:
- Interest in either marketing, creative/design services, content production, media planning, corporate communications, public relations (in-house or agency) or journalism is a plus.
- Has a strong understanding of emergent media platforms, media and digital media trends.
- Able to remain calm, stay optimistic and communicate clearly, concisely and in a timely manner in times of crisis.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Must be creative, self-motivated, resourceful, disciplined and able to work both independently and in teams
