YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:
- Assist in tracking programming workplans and budget utilisation.
- Help prepare monthly and quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders, such as Youth Division (YD)/MCCY.
- Support efforts to streamline and improve reporting tools for effective deliverable monitoring.
- Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the impact of strategic initiatives.
- Provide support in preparing and submitting funding applications and organisational strategies.
- Assist other departments with submissions to agencies like NAC, NCSS, and IMDA.
- Assist in organizing Board-related activities, including the Annual General Meeting, Board Renewal processes, and procurement tasks.
- Help coordinate with the Company Secretary on filings and Board-related matters to ensure compliance.
- Help curate meeting agendas, compile materials, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain records of Board decisions, resolutions, and actions.
- Support the review of policies, frameworks, and procedures to strengthen governance.
- Assist in preparing governance reports and updates for stakeholders such as the Board of Directors and regulatory bodies.
- Help respond to audits and Requests for Information (RFIs) from YD/MCCY and regulators.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 1+ year of relevant experience, including internships. Prior experience / education in business, strategy or operations advantageous.
- Resourceful, and able to work independently as well as a team member to meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect, build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Prior work experience in youth development and/or passion for youth development work is a plus
