WHO WE ARE:

*SCAPE Co., Ltd. is a non-profit organisation, a registered charity, and an Institution of a Public Character that engages and nurtures youth by developing their talents. At *SCAPE, we offer a holistic network of programmes, communities, and facilities to support youth in their pursuit of interests and passion areas. Together with our partners, we inspire and empower our youth to discover boundless possibilities.

YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:

• Work closely with the Marketing Digital and Content team to conceptualise engaging hub content that aligns with our brand and content strategy.
• Assist in planning content for Youth Month (July) and the Singapore Youth Film Festival (SYFF) in October - November. This includes pre-event content, event highlights, and post-event engagement strategies.
• Implement and execute content plans for Youth Month and SYFF, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of digital content across *SCAPE’s platforms.
• Engage with our youth community on social media platforms, ensuring our content resonates with their interests. Facilitate interactions, respond to comments, and contribute to fostering an active, positive online community
• Conduct research and stay up to date on youth trends and interests, including niche communities such as gaming, K-pop, anime. Apply insights to inform content strategies and community engagement initiative

WHO YOU ARE:

• Interest in either marketing, creative/design services, content production, media planning, corporate communications, public relations (in-house or agency) or journalism is a plus.  
• Has a strong understanding of emergent media platforms, media and digital media trends.    
• Able to remain calm, stay optimistic and communicate clearly, concisely and in a timely manner in times of crisis.  
• Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
• Must be creative, self-motivated, resourceful, disciplined and able to work both independently and in teams
