We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will provide crucial operational support across various digital platforms and marketing activities, contributing directly to the execution of our marketing campaigns in different countries.
The ideal candidate will be organized, possess strong communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key responsibilities:

  • Operational support for digital platforms: provide hands-on operational support for our mobile application (APP) and website, ensuring updates are implemented accurately and consistently across all countries.
  • Content management: update our Content Management System with new links, images, categories, and other relevant content to maintain up-to-date and engaging online experiences.
  • Digital asset creation: create landing pages for single campaigns, set up merchant stores for carousels, and develop other digital assets to support various marketing initiatives.
  • Creative brief development: Assist in the preparation of clear and concise creative briefs to guide the design team in the development of marketing materials.
  • Calendar management: compile and maintain detailed execution files and update the marketing calendar for APP-related activities, ensuring timelines are met.
  • Merchants Communication: liaise with merchants for content approval, provide necessary information, and effectively communicate feedback to the creative team.
  • Report generation: extract marketing data and create visually appealing reports to track performance and identify key insights.
  • Support marketing campaigns: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various marketing campaigns across different channels.
  • Market research: Conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Collaboration with internal teams: work closely with other departments such as sales, product, and account to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.

You’ll be great for this role if:

  • You have bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a data-driven role, ideally with a background in startups or fintech.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, experience with Sanity is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Fluency in Italian, French/Spanish is mandatory. English is a nice-to-have.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn.
