We’re looking for a Sales Development Intern (SDR) to support the growth of our business in the e-commerce and Travel verticals.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Sales and Account teams to identify new opportunities, nurture existing merchants, and contribute to the overall success of our go-to-market strategy.
You will:

Identify, qualify and support sales opportunities within potential and existing merchant accounts, based on strategic account plans;

Collaborate with the Sales team to align on go-to-market priorities and action plans;

Work closely with Onboarding, Integration, Admin and Merchant Support teams to ensure seamless delivery and merchant satisfaction;

Help generate and prepare qualified meetings with C-level stakeholders, supporting the Sales and Account team with data, presentations, and performance insights;

Keep our CRM (currently Hubspot) up to date with all sales activities and help schedule email sales/marketing campaigns when needed.
Must have:
- Strong interest in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development in digital industries (e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, etc.);
- Clear communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally;
- A hands-on attitude, and a willingness to learn new methodologies;
- A structured data driven approach and a hunter mindset;
- Determination and a “never give up” attitude;
- Confidence in using tools like Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM platforms (Hubspot a plus);
- Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).
