Senior Sales Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia, Jeddah or Riyadh

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will implement market development strategies, identify new partnership opportunities and convert them into RTB House clients. You will be responsible for elevating agency client relationships, executing customer communications at all business levels, and owning and implementing the go-to-market strategy for branding and performance solutions.
You Will:
Manage sales activities in the Saudi Arabia market.
- Generate direct sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closure;
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders (decision-makers) of brands and agencies;
- Comprehensively expand the portfolio of RTB House’s new clients;
- Create formal offers and present them to potential clients.
- Participate in product and offer presentations/pitches to prospective clients and agencies;
- Analyse sales statistics and formulate sales strategies to determine and achieve desired growth.
- Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for branding and performance solutions.
- You will be reporting to the Head of Sales MENA
Desired Experience:
- Fluent English & native Arabic.
- Substantial and demonstrable experience in digital marketing with specific knowledge of advertising business models;
- Ideally, 5+ years of successful sales experience in digital marketing;
Existing, meaningful relationships within the digital sector of the media agencies and direct clients.
- Proven track record working with major brands;
- An established network among digital marketing professionals will be an essential asset.
- Negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an organisation;
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with an ability to deliver in a time-sensitive environment;
- Understanding of the online advertising industry, including significant recent trends; knowledge of the RTB model will be an asset.
