Programmatic Media Buyer

What you will do:

• Build and maintain relations with new publishers and inventory supply partners;
• Negotiations with publishers and identifying growth opportunities on key accounts;
• Manage local PMP market inside programmatic buying;
• Provide superior client services to publishers, from troubleshooting to billing;
• Selling & speaking to ad technology with negotiating rate & deal structures for the best interest of the business;
• Contribute to building & evangelising the RTB House brand in co-operation with local Publishers.
• Cooperate with advertising sales departments to address their needs related to the programmatic purchase of advertising space

Desired Experience:

• An understanding of the online advertising ecosystem, current technical advancements and market landscape;
• In-depth knowledge of the Korean digital publisher landscape, complemented by strong, ongoing relationships with key local publishers to support effective media buying and strategic partnerships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills;
• Good knowledge of Excel 
• Fluent spoken and written English;
• Native or fluent written and spoken Korean;
• Very organised and able to prioritise effectively;
• Good analytical skills;
• Technical skills (SQL + knowledge of technical integrations process) are a plus;
• Attention to details
