Technical Account Manager

Location: Istanbul, Turkey

As a Technical Account Manager you will be a key element in excellent delivery of the campaigns. Our teams will count on your technical and analytical skills to make campaigns roll out well and maximise the results.  

You Will: 

• Conduct the technical operations for our top clients in the following fields;
• Technical support for new and existing clients by phone and email regarding all technical aspects of the campaigns;
• Manage all technical issues with regards to campaign launching and running process;
• Technical integration between internal campaign emission system (RTB House) and client’s e-commerce platform;
• Work closely with our account managers to deliver high standards of customer service;
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns;
• Propose optimization solutions for online programs;
• Cooperate with our technical support team from Head Quarter. 

Desired Experience: 

• At least 2 years years of experience in technical roles in online technology, e-commerce and/or digital advertising;
• Fluency in English and native Turkish. 
• Strong analytical skills;
• Great knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets; 
• Basic knowledge of HTML and Javascript or other programming languages; 
• Good time management skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to solve problems efficiently;
• High level of motivation and willingness to learn; 
• Nice to have: Experience with debugging tools (e.g. firebug, web browser consoles), Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics.
