How You’ll Shape Our Story:
As a Partnership Success Coordinator, you will hold a key role as you will create the Partnership Success department for Powerdot Belgium. This is a dynamic role with a wide range of responsibilities:
- Creating the processes, KPI’s and routines of the department that you will create and own
- Ensuring the satisfaction of signed clients by working closely with the Operations team.
- Driving client adoption of our tools and solutions to integrate seamlessly with their retail activities: integration with loyalty programs, cross-promotions, and temporary marketing operations at the charging stations to drive in-store traffic.
- Designing and launching special campaigns on the charging stations in connection with retailer client events.
- Maximizing our Net Promoter Score among clients.
- Gathering client feedback to inform our product roadmap and commercial messaging.
- Automating the above processes wherever possible.
- Identifying underperforming sites and proposing initiatives to increase usage, either collaboratively with partners or independently.
Business development:
- Expanding our network by identifying sites where additional charging stations could be installed and negotiating extension contracts at existing locations.
- Turning existing clients into ambassadors for prospective clients.
- Coordinating with the rest of the Business Development team to support the achievement of commercial growth objectives.
This Is About You, Not Us 🫵🏼:
- You are fluent in FR + NL + EN
- Holds a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communication or an equivalent field.
- Has 1–3 years of experience, ideally in customer success management within a high-growth B2B scale-up.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to succinctly report progress, potential obstacles, and commercially explain our value proposition to clients.
- Highly organized with a strong sense of priorities.
- Pragmatic, able to avoid getting lost in details and quickly find simple solutions to problems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the autonomy and independence to make important decisions quickly.
- Rigorous and methodical, able to analyze the performance of initiatives and draw actionable conclusions.
- Comfortable engaging with clients and enjoys client-facing interactions.
- Excellent stress management, particularly in challenging client situations.
- Strong commercial acumen, creativity, and a drive to propose innovative and relevant solutions to clients.
- Able to understand our business plan and growth and profitability levers as an investment fund, while also comprehending retailer businesses to offer tailored solutions.
- Passionate about sustainable mobility and eager to conquer a rapidly growing market with a disruptive value proposition. Experience in electric mobility is a plus, but not required, we will provide ramp-up support if needed.
