How You’ll Shape Our Story:

As our Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in scaling and professionalizing our hardware procurement operations. This is a high-impact role where you will ensure procurement runs smoothly, optimize workflows, influence commercial decisions, and support Europe-wide EV deployments. Your mission includes:

Process Design & Optimization:
Redefine, document, and continuously optimize procurement workflows. Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions that make operations faster, smarter, and more reliable.

Operational Performance & Hardware Flow:
Own the “heartbeat” of our hardware availability. Ensure EV chargers and energy storage systems arrive on time. Track deliveries, monitor lead times, and resolve operational bottlenecks. Oversee procurement of locally-managed items like LVMBs and transformers, ensuring teams follow processes and standards.

Cross-Functional Project Leadership:
Lead or support initiatives spanning Procurement, Deployment, Product, Hardware, and Finance teams. Align stakeholders, track milestones, and deliver measurable improvements to operations and commercial outcomes.

Supplier Management & Commercial Recommendations:
Build and maintain supplier scorecards to track reliability, performance, and strategic fit. Act as operational interface with manufacturers and hardware partners. Analyze procurement and operational data to drive informed commercial decisions. Learn how to structure commercial agreements and public tenders, gaining hands-on exposure to strategic contracts and bidding processes.

Budget & Financial Coordination:
Prepare and monitor our Hardware Procurement Budget. Track spend and forecasts, ensuring procurement decisions align with financial plans and operational priorities.

Data & Workflow Governance:
Maintain accurate procurement and supplier data in project management tools. Continuously optimize workflows to maximize efficiency, transparency, and scalability.

This Is About You, Not Us 🫵🏼:

• Execution-Driven Operator: You have 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or a similar fast-paced environment. You are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Analytical & Commercially Savvy: You can turn operational and procurement data into insights and actionable recommendations. You’re curious about commercial agreements, tenders, and supplier strategy.
• Technically Curious: You have an interest in EV chargers, energy storage, and sustainable infrastructure. You want to understand how procurement decisions impact deployment and operations.
• Self-Starter & Problem Solver: You proactively identify risks and opportunities, anticipate needs, and take ownership of solutions.
• Collaborative Communicator: You coordinate effectively across teams and maintain clear, professional communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; Portuguese and/or French is a strong advantage.
• Location: You are based in Lisbon and comfortable with an hybrid model (4 days at the office, 1 remote) 
• Mission-Driven: Passionate about sustainable mobility and motivated to make a visible impact on Europe’s EV infrastructure rollout.
