How You’ll Shape Our Story:
We are looking for a Service Operations Coordinator to strengthen the operational backbone of our service organization. This role is project- and process-driven, focused on ownership, coordination, analytics, and continuous improvement, where technical know-how related to the industry is a plus. You will act as a central point of coordination across internal teams and external suppliers, proactively driving new operational flows, ensuring priorities are clear, data is used to guide decisions, and initiatives move from idea to execution. This role suits someone who is organized, analytical, comfortable in meetings, and confident pushing stakeholders toward structured, data-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and coordinate service-related operational projects from definition through implementation
- Lead the rollout of new operational flows, with direct or indirect impact in our service operations
- Ensure clear ownership, timelines, and follow-up across teams
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies using data and operational feedback
- Drive standardization across markets and suppliers where applicable
- Lead and participate in supplier meetings with a performance- and analytics-focused mindset
- Challenge inputs constructively, using data rather than technical deep dives
- Track supplier metrics and ensure corrective actions are followed through
This Is About You, Not Us 🫵🏼:
- 2/3 years of experience
- Strong project coordination or service operations experience
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work comfortably with data
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands
- Clear, structured communication (written and verbal)
- Proactive, ownership-driven attitude
- Comfortable challenging assumptions using facts and data
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in follow-up
- Solutions-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
The Kind of Energy We’re Looking For:
- We’re not into titles, egos, or corporate buzzwords. We’re into people who make things happen.
- You lead and listen. Whether you’re steering the ship or rowing alongside the crew, you bring others with you and keep communication wide open.
- You own your stuff. You don’t wait for instructions: you see an opportunity, grab it, and make it better than anyone expected.
- You’ve got a green heartbeat. Sustainability isn’t just cool, it’s core. You care about doing work that leaves the world a little better than you found it.
- You balance hustle with humanity. You love the buzz of in-person teamwork, but you also know when to recharge (pun totally intended 🔋).
- You grow on purpose. You’re hungry to learn, to stretch, and to build something meaningful, not just rack up LinkedIn bullet points.
How you'll be Powered up?
- 🏥 Private health insurance coverage
- 💪🏼 Gym membership to help you stay active
- ⏰ Flexible working hours: you own your time
- 🌍 Annual offsite where we celebrate the year’s achievements and spend quality time together (this year we went to Algarve, Portugal!)
- 🤝🏼 Regular team-building events with your local teammates
- 📚 English Training as English is our language used to connect with all markets and teams
- 🍩 Free office snacks and unlimited coffee & Meal allowance for every worked day
- ⚡️Special discounts for charging your electric vehicle
