How You’ll Shape Our Story:

• Lead the development and presentation of accurate and insightful financial planning and analysis on the core categories to our business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and financial performance metrics to measure and track the company's progress. Regularly assess actual performance against budgeted targets and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Budget Management: Actively participate in the annual budgeting process, particularly in the forecast of Capex spending, with regular touchpoints with senior management, including CEO and founders.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership. Communicate financial insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Support investment team with ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modelling to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and potential fundraising activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Experience in financial planning and analysis
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
• You proactively identify risks and opportunities, anticipate needs, and take ownership of solutions.
• You coordinate effectively across teams and maintain clear, professional communication 
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• You are based in Lisbon and comfortable with an hybrid model (4 days at the office, 1 remote) 
• Passionate about sustainable mobility and motivated to make a visible impact on Europe’s EV infrastructure rollout.
