Program Structure:

First & Second Rotations (24 months - France 🇫🇷) gain hands-on experience in our Local Operations in France, with two roles in two different teams.
Understand market dynamics, customer needs, and Powerdot’s operational structure.
Third Rotation (12 months - Central Team in Portugal 🇵🇹) work on strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives. Collaborate with our global teams to align local and central operations.
Post-Program Career Path: Transition into a Manager role in France or within our Central Team. Take ownership of key strategic projects and drive business impact.

Who are we looking for?

Fluent in French & English (additional languages are a plus!).
