As a Performance Coordinator at Powerdot, you will identify opportunities, design levers, test hypotheses and turn insights into actions that grow energy volume and create value for users, partners and Powerdot.

This is a highly autonomous, commercial and analytical role. You will combine data, creativity and structured thinking to shape opportunities with our partners. You will collaborate closely with Pricing, Product, Operations and Local Markets, but you retain ownership over the opportunities and levers end to end. If you enjoy solving ambiguous problems, working directly with external stakeholders and designing repeatable playbooks that scale, this role is for you.

How You’ll Shape Our Story:

Build and own strategic relationships with external stakeholders

• Develop strong, trust-based relationships with partners across different industries.
• Understand partner needs, business models and incentives to unlock joint opportunities
• Act as the primary point of accountability for how each relationship contributes to Powerdot’s growth

Identify and execute growth levers

• Analyse performance, user behaviour and market signals
• Formulate hypotheses, design levers and run structured tests
• Deploy tactical and strategic initiatives with partners
• Measure results and iterate into repeatable playbooks

Drive commercial and operational execution

• Ensure partners have accurate data, correct configurations and a high-quality user experience
• Coordinate internally when partner initiatives require technical, pricing or product support
• Navigate day-to-day execution while keeping a long-term view on partnership potential

Build insight and structure

• Surface opportunities, blockers and learnings with clarity
• Contribute to category knowledge that strengthens Powerdot’s GTM engine
• Help structure ways of working, frameworks and execution templates

What you need:

• –5 years of experience in a commercial, strategy, operations, consulting, partnerships, or analytical role
• Experience working with external partners or managing cross-functional initiatives is a plus
• Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Comfort with data tools (Sheets/Excel; SQL is a plus, not required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus (French)
