How You’ll Shape Our Story:

We’re looking for an experienced Partnership Marketing Manager based in Lisbon to lead the development and execution of joint marketing campaigns with our strategic partners. You’ll be responsible for shaping how Powerdot shows up across the ecosystem, ensuring every collaboration drives awareness, engagement, and partner value. As part of the Marketing team, you’ll work closely with the Strategic Partnerships team to ensure that our solutions and initiatives are clearly positioned, well understood, and effectively adopted across our partner ecosystem. You’ll define go-to-market strategies, shape our narratives, and make sure every new feature or solution reaches its audience with clarity and impact. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who loves connecting technology and storytelling, turning complex ideas into simple, compelling value for users and partners across Europe.

• Lead the design and rollout of joint marketing campaigns with strategic partners across multiple markets, from brief to execution.
• Build campaign plans, define clear objectives, manage creative development, and coordinate approvals between Powerdot and partner teams.
• Ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and value proposition across all partner-facing touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with the Strategic Partnerships team to identify and activate co-marketing opportunities that strengthen relationships and visibility.
• Translate partnership agreements, integrations, and milestones into impactful marketing activations across Europe.
• Support launches and collaborations that position Powerdot and its partners as leaders in EV charging innovation.
• Define KPIs, track performance, and extract insights that guide future partnership marketing efforts.
• Produce clear reporting that connects marketing activity to business outcomes such as awareness, engagement, and partner satisfaction.
• Benchmark best practices across mobility, energy, and technology to elevate our approach to partnership marketing.
• Collaborate with Brand and PR & Comms to ensure integrated storytelling across campaigns.
• Brief and manage external creative or media partners when needed to deliver high quality work.

This Is About You, Not Us 🫵🏼:

• Someone with 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally focused on partnership, ecosystem, or B2B co-marketing.
• A professional who has managed multi-stakeholder campaigns end to end, coordinating with external partners and internal teams.
• A strong communicator who can shape clear narratives, simplify complex topics, and uphold brand consistency across markets.
• Someone who performs well in fast-paced, multi-country environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
• Fluent in English, with extra value if you bring experience in mobility, energy, or technology sectors.
• Ideally someone who has operated marketing programs across several European markets.
